How I work...

I always choose combination of approached and methods due to complexity of human body. Precise combination is based on client needs and set goal.

At first I work on soft tissue or joint. It allows me to regulate pain and nervous system setting. I treat stiffness of soft tissue or joint localy and along muscle chain or fascial line. I work manualy or I am using tools. This alleviates pain and makes it easier in next steps.

An important step is changing the movement mainly how the movement is done. The goal is to optimize the movement to evenly load envolved tissues. Most of the time I use combination of concepts based on developmental kinesiology (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Čápová's approach.

Last but not least is using progressive overload and a tissue adaptation. Often I choose to use this in overuse injuries, post surgery or post injury states. Progressive precise overload leads to tissue adaptation and it's capacity to withstand higher volume of strain. Most often inadequate increase in load or volume is cause of those injuries.

If they are available, I like to use physical modalities such as focused and radial schockwave therapy, lowfrequency/highintensity ultrasound (SIRIO), highfrequency contact electrotherapy (radiofrequecy therapy - TR therapy or TECAR therapy) or high intensity laser therapy. I see the advantages in shortening the length of treatment with great result in both acute and chronic problems.
